Freshservice Is Heading to FedRAMP: What Public Sector IT Teams Should Do Now

On August 6, 2026, Freshworks announced that Freshservice has achieved FedRAMP "In Process" status at the Moderate level. Freshservice now appears on the FedRAMP Marketplace, and Freshworks is working through the authorization with Coalfire, a well-known FedRAMP assessment firm. The FedRAMP environment is being built on AWS GovCloud (US).
