Zendesk has released some amazing new app integrations for Support to help your team boost productivity, and when it comes to productivity, we have the 4-1-1.
Incident.io – This integration connects with incident.io and allows you to have a view of recent incidents right in your Zendesk instance. You can attach Zendesk tickets to incidents and the app will keep everything in sync.
FireHydrant– This integration allows support staff to create FireHydrant incidents and link existing incidents to support tickets from Zendesk. FireHydrant incident status updates are updated within the linked Zendesk tickets via an internal note.
Screenjar Screen Recorder– This will allow your customer to send you video recordings of their screens by giving support staff the ability to generate a video request via a link with no software downloads or installation required.
Tableau Connector by Alpha Serve– This app allows you to connect Zendesk and Tableau by allowing you to export all Zendesk Support data related to tickets, ticket metrics, agents, users, satisfaction ratings, comments and more.
