It’s been proven, that if you’re happy with your job and work environment, you will be a happier employee. Happy employees deliver great experiences to their customers. It’s important to remember that your team are your customers. Do the same things you would expect your team to do for their customers for your team.
It’s amazing how simple recognition, daily greetings, meaningful conversations, and listening alone can improve an employees experience. Then, imagine how that experience now starts a trickle down effect and makes its way to their customers.
It’s not always about monetary or material things, something as simple as “your doing a great job” or “keep up the good work” can put a smile on your employees face that will then pass through to their customers through the day.
